I dunno what the hula boo is all about....The 4rth amendment actually protects citizens from unwarranted searches, harassment etc. So if someone says that they are a citizen, the officer should take them at their word (unless national security is at threat or somth)
In any case Arizona's law clearly clashes with Federal Law...the attorney general was also talking about filing a Federal challenge to Arizona's state law. Instead of policing the borders better, the AZ government is just behaving like losers
Yes, but I do think that if California is opposing the bill by stopping all trade with Arizona, it isn't the best method and certainly not the fairest.
